Contact form submissions — name, company, email address, phone number, service of interest and the message you send us.
DMARC domain check submissions — your name, work email address, optional phone number and company name, and the domain contained in your email address.

2. Why we collect it

To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve content and user experience.
To respond to your enquiries and provide the IT and cybersecurity services you request.

3. Cookies

We use cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics 4). Analytics cookies are disabled by default and are only loaded after you click Accept on our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for roitech.co.za.

4. POPIA compliance

We process your personal information lawfully and in a reasonable manner that does not infringe your privacy. We collect only the information needed for the purposes set out above, keep it secure, and retain it only as long as necessary. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information at any time.

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate this website and to deliver what you have asked for: Google Analytics, which processes anonymised usage data on our behalf; Resend, which delivers website form submissions to our inbox; and — for the free DMARC domain check only — Sendmarc, our email authentication partner, which processes the details you enter in order to generate your domain result. We do not share your information with any other third party.

6. Marketing communications

Where you request an assessment, a domain check or information about our services, we will contact you about that request and about issues we identify while fulfilling it. We will not add you to unrelated marketing communications without your consent. Every message we send includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing info@roitech.co.za.
